Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of sutyr.com, lab.sutyr.com and any other website Sutyr Inc. ("Sutyr") operates that links to them (the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Sites.

The Sutyr Service is governed by separate Terms of Service at sutyr.com/legal/terms. Personal information is handled as the Privacy Policy at sutyr.com/legal/privacy describes.

1. Using the Sites

The Sites provide information about Sutyr, its Service and its open-source tools. They are free to use and may change or be discontinued at any time. They are intended for businesses and professionals, not for anyone under 18.

You agree not to:

• access the Sites by automated means in a way that burdens them, or extract their content in bulk, except as an open-source licence or Sutyr's documentation allows;
• try to gain unauthorized access to Sutyr's systems, probe their vulnerabilities without following Sutyr's security disclosure process at sutyr.com/security, or interfere with the Sites;
• send malicious code or misuse any form on the Sites;
• use the Sutyr name or logo to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that doesn't exist;
• use the Sites in a way that breaks the law.

2. Webhook Lab and other open-source tools

Sutyr hosts open-source tools, including Webhook Lab at lab.sutyr.com. Their source code is published under the Apache License 2.0 or the licence in each repository, which governs the code. These terms govern only the hosted instances.

When using a hosted tool, you will send events only to endpoints you own or are authorized to test, and you will not use it to attack, overload or harm any system. Sutyr may limit or suspend access to hosted tools at any time. Hosted tools are provided as is, with no support or uptime commitment.

3. Content and trademarks

The content of the Sites belongs to Sutyr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share it for your own information, with attribution. "Sutyr" and the Sutyr logo are trademarks of Sutyr Inc.

Product images on the Sites show illustrative data about fictional companies and people.

4. Information, not an offer or advice

Content on the Sites is general information. Prices, features and examples may change, and they do not form an offer or a warranty. Your agreement with Sutyr for the Service is the one you accept at sign-up. Nothing on the Sites is legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. Figures labelled as estimated describe a model or an assumption.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Sutyr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites, and its total liability arising from the Sites is limited to CAD 100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including for intentional or gross fault.

6. Links

The Sites may link to other websites. Sutyr is not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Changes

Sutyr may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Earlier versions are available on request to legal@sutyr.com.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: legal@sutyr.com.
