This policy is part of Sutyr's Terms of Service. It describes what customers and their teams may not do with the Service.

You may not use the Service to

  1. collect amounts owed by consumers, or act as a collection agency for others;
  2. send messages that are false, misleading, harassing or threatening, or that impersonate anyone;
  3. send emails in breach of anti-spam or electronic messaging laws, or to people who have asked not to be contacted where the law requires you to honour that;
  4. process payments, charges or write-offs you are not entitled to make, or attempt to charge cards contrary to card network rules or your Stripe agreement;
  5. store or send payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive data in notes, emails or fields not designed for them;
  6. decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing, or produce a consumer report, using information from the Service or from your Stripe account through it;
  7. break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.

You may not misuse the Service by

  1. accessing or testing it beyond your own account, or attempting to bypass its security, approvals or permissions;
  2. sharing sign-in access, or giving access to anyone other than your team and your accounting firm;
  3. sending automated requests that overload it, or reverse engineering it except where the law allows;
  4. using it on a Stripe account you are not authorized to connect.

Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse or security issues to security@sutyr.com. If the Service is used in breach of this policy, Sutyr may pause the affected activity or suspend access, as the Terms of Service describe, and will tell you why.
